Claus has a BA in Economics from Aarhus University and dual masters' degrees in Business Management (Cand. Oecon) and EMBA from Aarhus University and CEIBS respectively.

He has worked in C-suite positions with Dovista (Part of VKR holding) and Aluwind, GS-Hydro and lastly as VP of APAC and global CEO for GS-hydro and Arenco.

Areas of expertise include Recruiting, Business development, Strategy formulation and implementation. Claus has done multiple turnarounds and greenfield startups over the course of his career and looking to apply these skills to iShoonya.

Morten has a bachelor's degree in Organization from Southern University of Denmark and Executive MBA from INSEAD and many years of HR experience, having held HR Director roles on multiple continents for accumulated more than 8 years.

Furthermore, Morten has 15+ years of senior management experience from roles as Managing Director for Maersk Container Industry Dongguan Ltd. and Division Director for ISS China. He is currently working at Aden as Operations Director with more than 10,000 headcount under his responsibility.

He has extensive recruitment experience and was certified as predictive index (PI) system analyst in 2003 and has personally profiled thousands of job candidates. 

Jan holds a degree as Electronics Engineer and has a vast experience in all areas related to IT. With his 25+ years of experience he held roles as Consultant, Technical Advisor, Infrastructure Architect, Implementer, Team-leader, Developer and Product expert in different aspects of Enterprise Banking and Defense systems.

He masters complex digital and electromechanical skills obtained from his years in the Danish military where he designed and built computer hardware and software, and is now employed in the Banking sector, hosting the Windows infrastructure and developing automations for most of the Danish banks.

Jan is driven with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, automated and compliant designs.
